There is plenty of comfortable seating for 6 in our dining room at our grey washed bar height table. The modern chrome chandelier illuminates the dining room.

You will find many seaside rooms created like this to meditate or simply take in a gorgeous ocean view while sipping your favorite beverage. 

This custom shower replaced a standard tub and older traditional bathroom from the 1980’s bringing a modern look to this beach condo for our client. 

Seating for eight at this live edge dining table and leather chairs with blues of the sea represented throughout the chairs, china, and linens. 

There is seating for five at this breakfast bar for morning coffee, bagels and healthy treats before hitting the beach or a day of fishing. 

Guests will find their zen resting comfortably in our high end linens with Tommy Bahama tropical bedding. Sip your morning coffee on your private garden terrace under the glass terrariums.

There is seating for ten at this custom dining table. The wood was imported from Costa Rica for our client. This is a lovely seating area to enjoy a delicious meal, commune with loved ones, relax while reading a book or sipping ice tea after a long day at the beach.

Guests will enjoy this master bedroom outfitted with California king including modern twists of blue velvet head and foot board, custom wood focal wall with white washed finish and barn door entry into the master bath. Luxuriate in the jacuzzi tub adorned with aqua subway tiles reminiscent of the sea.
